Cancellations and Appointment Changes

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally so I have put the following policies in place for our clients:

  • If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, kindly give 24 hour notice
  • If you are late for your scheduled appointment, your treatment time may be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled appointment. The fee for the service remains unchanged.
  • Please plan on arriving 10 minutes ahead of your appointment time to fill out a consent form.
  • If you give cancellation notice less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of the service cost and 100% for a no show.


Fills Policy

Lash fills need to be every 2-3 weeks and require at least 40% of your extensions intact in order to honor the fill price. Otherwise price may be subject to change to allow extra time to get you back to full. Normal lash shed is 2-3 lashes per day and sometimes more depending on your shed cycle, which is every 3 months.


No Children

Please make arrangements for your child/children before your scheduled lash appointment. It takes an immense amount of concentration during your treatment and I want you to be able to have the best lashes and experience possible.
