POLICIES
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY:
I strive to accommodate clients to the best of my ability. All confirmation appointments are sent via text and email. Please honor your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24hrs before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.
A credit card is required to hold appointments at EverLash Studio. If you choose not to provide your credit card information, your appointment will not be held. A $40 cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file for each fill appointment that is canceled less than 24hrs before the appointment time. Full sets will be charged 50% of the service price.
Clients that have no-showed for appointments will be asked to prepay/pay a deposit towards their visit when booking future appointments.

LASH FILL POLICY:
Lash fills need to be every 2-3 weeks and require at least 40% of your extensions intact in order to honor the fill price. Otherwise price may be subject to change to allow extra time to get you back to full. Normal lash shed is 2-3 lashes per day and sometimes more depending on your shed cycle, which is every 3 months.
CHILDREN POLICY:
Please make arrangements for your child/children before your scheduled lash appointment. It takes an immense amount of concentration during your treatment and I want you to be able to have the best lashes and experience possible.
